The Painesville Country Club Men's Association annually conducts a series of competitive events for amateur players with handicaps from 0-36. Events are scheduled every three weeks throughout the golf season. There is no fee to join the association, though there is a small entry fee for each event. Also, a handicap card, purchased anytime at the club, is a must. A Minimum of two 18-hole rounds must be posted before the first event. Play in as many events as possible in that points earned accumulate toward qualifying for the Ryder Cup event. Sign up sheets will be posted at the club.
